Saizeriya — Restaurant in Mihara

I visited Saizeriya a couple times while I lived in China, but twice was enough. Despite being cheap, I felt the quality was just too low. However, every Saizeriya here has been impressive with the value you get. The quality overall is good and the prices are amazingly low. You can easily order 2 or 3 items and still pay less than 1000 yen. I also love that they offer soup with their drink bar during lunch, but wish it was available on weekends as well. One of the best simple chicken salads anywhere. Staff is nice and this restaurant is large so plenty of seating, almost never a wait. The only other negative is that the only restroom is the one in the mall, so if you need to use it you'll actually have to leave...

My family and I eat here on a regular basis, as our kids love the food and the vibe, and being at the mall. My wife and I love the pricing! Simple Italian food, it’s not gourmet, but amazing...

40代らしき女性の接客がとにかく悪いです。お昼時ではない全く混んでいない店内なのに狭い席に座らされたり、お会計で待たされても「お待たせしました」の一言もなし。接客の際の言葉使いも横柄で、このお店に行ったときにそのような接客をされると気分が悪いと思っていたなか、先日来店をしました。 なぜかわかりませんが、注文の品を紙に記載をして(メニューは番号にて記載)ベルを押して店員に渡すという方式になっていました。 とても疑問です。 紙を渡した際にも、メニューを確認されました。 なぜでしょう？全国のサイゼリアででしょうか？ 大人数で来店していたら、いちいち紙に書くのは面倒でしょう。 わたしの近くに座っていた高齢の女性は、老眼で目が見えないからと、店員を呼んでいましたよ！ なぜそのようなシステムになったのか不思議です。 それに紙に記載をするときに使用するボールペンはいろんな人が使用するわけですよ！ コロナ対策はちゃんとされていますか？ 不信感丸出しです。...
