Veggie Curry lunch today at Cafe Yamanekoken. One of the best curry ever! Very rich in taste but not too oily at all. Today's veggie curry is mild coconut milk curry with Japanese radish and beans. As I'm a vegetarian, they offered me another veggie curry( lots of veggies like pumpkins and carrots) which is not on the menu instead of regular meat curry accompanied with brown rice,papad and pieces of veggie pickles. 最初にこの店を知ったのは、道の駅【あそ望の郷くぎの】に置いてあるカレーでした。 冷めた状態で食べましたが黄色いご飯とカレーが絶妙のニュアンスでとても美味しかったです。３歳の息子がバクバク食べていてビックリしました。 道の駅でこちらのらカレーを5回以上は購入しています。山猫軒というシールが弁当に貼っているのでわかりやすいです。在庫があればリピート確実です。 カレーピラフもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。 店の名前を調べたところ、すぐ近くで週末のみ営業されているということで、一度訪れてみましたが、道の駅に置いてある弁当とはまた違う種類のカレーでしたが、とても美味しかったです。スープカレーでした。 そして水出しコーヒーも最高です。 また実際にお店には行きたいと思っています！！
