ピザ インディーズ — Restaurant in Minamiboso

So Japanese pizza takes a little getting used to for a US American. But Pizza Indy's is a nice local spot that serves up a good balance of Western-familiar and uniquely-Japanese styles of pizza. Good quality ingredients, some locally sourced (like the seafood). The decor is motorcross of all things, but it's quite an interesting and lovingly collected set of paraphernalia, including a couple of full bikes...it goes well with the casual food. Lovely staff! They put up with our big group of mostly-English speakers with smiles and good service. If you're in Chikura, might as well try Indy's...you won't be...

We've waited a long time to have pizza at Indies and we were not disappointed. Its woodfired crust is just the right mix of crispy and chewy.
