We found the awesome restaurant around Mishima. We can go to Ajisai in about 15 minutes from Mishima-station by walking. And about 5 minutes from Nihon University, Mishima main campus by walking. Ajisai at near the Seven-eleven. We went to Ajisai in May 21st at 6:30 pm. The seats of restaurant were almost full. We felt Ajisai is a popular restaurant. The food waiting time was a lit bit long because Ajisai was crowded. A waiter was very kind and polite. The service was good. Inside the restaurant was clean but a little noisy. I think it was a pleasant, bright dining area.There are flowers and plants that create a good atmosphere. Ajisai is the best restaurant around Nihon University, Mishima campus. I want to try other menu items because all menu pictures look so delicious and reasonable. Ajisai has a lot of menu items. The Menu is all Japanese-style food. There are teishoku, japanese-style set meals, The drink menu and a food menu. Teishoku menus are all under 1000 yen. Dinner time teishoku menu is 50 yen more expensive than a lunch time teishoku menu. The food menu are almost about 1000 yen. I ate chickenkatsu-teishoku, a japanese-style fried chicken set meal. The dinner time price is 780 yen. The main meal is chickenkatsu. The side menu items are rice, miso soup, salad and kobachi, a japanese-style side dish. kobachi changed everyday. For example japanese pickies, fruit and so on. When I went to Ajisai, it was cucumber pickles. The main meal, chickenkatsu’s size was huge like my face. The chickenkatsu outside is crispy and a inside is so juicy. It is delicious. I was satisfied. Finally one more important thing, rice and miso soup have second servings forfree. I went to “AJISAI”.A dish was very delicious.It takes 15 minutes on foot from Mishima Station North Exit. It takes 5 minutes on foot from Nihon University’s main school building.I decided to this restaurant because it was close, delicious and cheap. I went to the restaurant on the night of May 21st.There are various types of set meals. We ate two kinds of set meals. It’s set meals of chicken Nanban and chicken cutlet.They are Japanese set meal. The clerk was very kind and smiling often.The atmosphere of the restaurant was very clean but a little noisy. There were pleasant, bright dining area. The Nanban set meal was very delicious with matching sauce.A rice and miso soup were included so you can eat a lot. The Nanban set meal is appetizing.I want to eat it again. I was craving for some chicken karaage within the area and I came across this treasure of a restaurant although I wouldn't personally call it a restaurant as I felt that what I've eaten and experienced was akin to my home. It's comfort food so to speak. The chicken is tender and perfectly seasoned not to the point that it is salty. It is just the right amount which satisfied my cravings. The lady who served me was also so hospitable and courteous. I was delighted as I received another cup of rice from her with a smile.
