We came in and woman on the counter did not bother to speak to us and was definitely very rude compared to japanese standards.

We tried to ask about childrens menu but she just pointed the wall and grunted.

My family was going to sit on a table but she shouted chotto matte and came to clean up the table. Oh thats nice I thought, but without hesitation she moved japanese couple from smaller table to this table and left my family standing.

During this episode I was waiting on the counter with money on hand willing to order but she did not bother to even talk anything to me. It was very obvious that we were not welcome, dont know why but I guess she does not want any foreigners or...

A nice restaurant with a good looking menu including the purple yam mochi (紅芋もち). I just came here to eat the mochi and it was worth it.
