妻と訪問。宮崎市清武町のらーめん椛の姉妹店なのかな🤔支店なのか🤔
昼間に営業している宮崎市内のラーメン屋さんは全て訪問しています。
私は１番好きな麺類が油そば。東京出身で油そばの元祖と言われてる、武蔵境の珍々亭の油そばで育ちました。
店内はカウンターが１０席程とテーブル席が２席。
食券制。油そば大盛り（大盛り無料）と担々麺大好きな妻は汁なし担々麺を購入。
このお店の油そばは平打ち麺ですが、あまり好きな麺ではないので、こちらのラーメンで使用している細麺でお願いしました。
２年前の清武町のお店のラーメンの麺は確か太麺だった記憶が。
味は清武町のお店で食べた油そばと変わらなかった。
美味しい😊
珍々亭の油そばとは全く異なった油そばでしたが、満足出来る油そばでした。
汁なし担々麺も妻は大満足との事。
私には少し辛過ぎました😅
好みの問題。
星５つにしなかった理由が２点。
１つ目はラー油がなかった事。清武町のお店ではラー油の提供がありました。（２年前の話なので、今提供しているのかは不明）
油そばには絶対に必要なアイテム。
何故置いてないのか🤔不思議。
東京のお客さんだったら、首を傾げると思いますね。
もう一つはテーブルやカウンターに置いてある、お冷用のコップ。
洗い方の問題ではないと思います。
妻が言うには、お客さんが食べたラーメンのスープが飛んでコップに付着しているのではないかと。
コップの外側を拭いたら汚れが取れました。
こちらに関しては改善が必要かと思います。
あまり気持ちの良いものではありません。
