Nakakubo Miyazaki Beef Teppanyaki — Restaurant in Miyazaki

We are 3 girls come from Hong Kong. We search this shop before arrived at Miyazaki because we want to try some restaurants not in tourist book. This restaurant did not make us disappointed. The environment was pleasant. The staff was polite. Especially the boss was very very gentleman and nice! He had very good cooking skill. Every single dish was like a decoration. Its taste was so good! We ordered the beef tongue additionally, which was very juicy and tasty..must try it when u go there. Their beef no doubt was amazing!! Price was ever much more cheaper than those restaurants in tourist book. I can conclude that starting from the starter until dessert, also the wine, all were perfect and you will be surprised by all dishes!! If there's any regret in our visit, it would be not being able to visit for dinner (so that we can enjoy more wines, etc. with the meat). This is by far the best beef we ever had! (Nicer than the ones we has in Kobe before) Make sure to reserve before coming and the staff took our orders during the reservation. We enjoyed every dish of our lunch courses (appetizers, side dishes, scallops, etc.) and of course, the meat. The chef attentively grilled and served us few pieces of meat each time so that every mouth of the beef we tasted were at the perfect temperature. Went there during the first week of March. Highly recommended! The food was great & the chef is super friendly! Even though we couldn't speak Japanese, the chef was super helpful and explained the courses to us, not to mention, they were super responsive when I reserved through their website! (5 Pax, super accommodating as one of our family members were unable to eat beef!)
