2021年12月5日初めて伺いました。 9時15分頃に到着したのですが駐車場は満車で丁度帰る車と入れ違いで入る事ができました。 入店は4人限定でとても狭い店内でもゆっくりパンを選ぶ事が出来ました！ 所狭しと多くの種類のパンが並び食べたかったパンをトレーに乗せながらもう次に来た時に欲しいパンを心に決めていました！ 家に帰ってからクロッカンとソーセージクロワッサンはトースターで軽く焼いて頂きました。 クロッカンはマカダミアナッツがたっぷり入ってザクザクとした歯応えで、ソーセージクロワッサンも普通のパンよりもサクサクしていて美味しかったです。 そしてダークチェリーのブリオッシュ、大きくてケーキのように切り分けで食べたのですが本当に美味しくてこれは次も購入しなくては！と思ってます。 初訪から何度も何度も通ってます！ が、休日の朝は駐車場に入れない事が何度もありました。開店15分前に行っても雨の日に行ってもいつも5人10人と並んでいます。 ただ開店してしまえば進みは早く、また開店時には殆どのパンが並んでいるくらい品揃えが良いので好きなだけ選ぶ事が出来ます。 生クリームあんパンは大量購入の方がよくいらっしゃるので入店したら真っ先にトレーに入れるのですが何度来店してもいつも食べたいパンが沢山あり過ぎて大量買いになってしまうのが悩みです！

軽井沢の信濃追分よりもっと奧にあるパン屋さん「パントゥルーベ」でパンを買ってきました。 パンの販売だけですが、お客さんが途絶えない感じで来ていましたので人気のようです。 バケットやバタール等のプレーンなパンから、カレーパン、アプリコットデニッシュ等の惣菜パン、サンドイッチまで売っています。 買ったのは ミルクフランス カマンベールフランス アプリコットデニッシュ です。 ミルクフランス 中サイズのフランスパンにタップリのミルククリームが挟まっています。 フランスパンは生地がしまっていて、もちっとして歯ごたえがあり、小麦の味わいがいいです。 これにかなり甘めのミルククリームが芳醇な味わいを与えていて美味しいです。 カマンベールフランス ドーム型のフランスパンの中にタップリのカマンベールチーズが入っています。 モチッとして柔らかいパンに、コクのあるカマンベールチーズで美味しいです。 アプリコットデニッシュ 四角いデニッシュの真ん中にアプリコットの入ったものです。 さくっとしてバタータップリでジューシーなデニッシュに、甘くてとろっとしたアプリコットが美味しいです。
