大納言食パンを前面に押しているお店です。いわゆる高級食パンとは違ってパン自体の甘さは控えめ。調べてみると必要以上に砂糖やバターを使っていないようで、それもあって大納言小豆の甘さが上手くバランスを取っているように思います。 しっとり感もとても感じました。水分含量が多いのでしょうか。パンの作り方は詳しくないので間違ってたらすみません。家で置いていたら袋の中が湿っていたので、保管状態に気を付けた方がいいかもしれません。

食パンの種類が豊富で大納言（豆）食パン、牛乳食パン、抹茶大納言食パン、お芋食パン、黒糖食パンなど本当に美味しいです！午前中に行くと大納言食パンやノーマルな食パンは焼きたてでありますが、午後に行くと売り切れていることも多く、抹茶大納言食パンなどは焼いてない日もあるそうなので、遠方から行く方などは前日までに予約をお勧めします！徳島市内からはやや遠いですが、南に行った際に...
