ラーメン翔道の駅あらい店 — Restaurant in Myoko

Shou is a Ramen noodles and Chinese foods restaurant in Arai car parking lot. Since a restaurant Misa, who is the most famous one in the area, is in there, this restaurant is sometime quiet but I like Sho's Ramen noodles rather than Misa's Miso Ramen noodles.

Seems the Shoyu Ramen noodles are fatty and oily but actually it's simple and clean tastes. It might be better to add garlic paste if you prefer richer taste one.

PayPay is acceptable but no credit card...

Came here around 6 pm during the State of Emergency. The service was good as there was almost nobody else in the restaurant.

We ordered 2 of the miso garlic ramen, 1 charsiu don set, and 2 gyoza.

The lard (pig oil) ramen was substantial (huge bowl so come hungry) though the flavor isn't as good as my regular order of tonkotsu ramen. The gyoza were a bit soft/soggy (instead of crispy). The charsiu don was also very large. The charsiu was...

2022年9月7日久しぶりに訪れました。

12時過ぎに訪れたので道の駅の駐車場や隣接する食堂ミサは混雑してましたが翔さんはまだ空いており一安心。 ミサはここの他にも店舗があり、高速のSAとして利用する方でなければわざわざここのミサに来る必要はないかと思います。

店内に入るなり目当てのメニューは決まっておりましたので席に着くなりすぐ注文。 私は激辛味噌ラーメンの3辛を。 嫁は塩中華そばを注文しました。 過去に獄激辛味噌ラーメンの5辛を食べたのですが胃が痛くなってしまい、それ以来は辞めました^^; ペヤングの極激辛シリーズを全て食べ尽くす辛い物？痛い物？大好きな私ですが、やはり口や喉以外は正常なようです。 毎回食べた後に激痛に悩まされます。笑 なので3辛くらいが自分としてはギリギリ美味しく食べられる範囲内なのかなと思います。 激辛シリーズはここのお店に限らずですが辛味の中に旨味を感じれない人は注文すべきではないです。 ただ辛いだけで終わるのでオススメ致しません。
