Yum Thai — Restaurant in Nagahama

Here’s the thing: not a lot of Thai food in Shiga. The food is tasty, especially the red curry, in my opinion. My wife likes the GaPao (pork), and we love getting the stir-fried 空芯菜 (くうしんさい), which is Chinese water spinach or something. Definitely would recommend that one. The prices are pretty good if you get a set meal, but I’d skip the drinks. The biggest issue is ordering; we’ve had communication issues with the waiter/maybe owner guy who is always the server. 18時35分頃入店 同じタイミングで別の家族連れも入店

先に団体客と別で2組のお客さんがおれらました。

団体客の方はコース料理と飲み放題を注文している様子、2組の客の内1組はほぼ料理が出きっている状況で、もう1組の客の料理は注文して20分かかるかなぐらいで出てきてました。

しかし私たちと家族連れの料理は30分以上経過しても一つも出てこない。

うちは5品ほど注文していて、家族連れの方たちも何品か注文していました。

お店はご夫婦二人ともで接客も厨房も回されているご様子で、 団体客のお酒の注文を聞くたび二人で注文を取りに行く。

40-50分ほどで家族連れの料理が出てきてましたが、うちは何にもで出てこない。

そりゃそうですよね。 一人がホールで一人が厨房にいればいいのに、 二人して団体客の接客してるんだから他のテーブルの料理は全く出てこない。

1時間経過したとこで新規のお客さん来店、 水を出した時に、「料理の提供が遅くなりますがよろしいでしょうか？」と伝えていました。

え？ こっちにはそんな事一言も無いんだけど。

そこでアホらしくなり、 丸々1時間経過しても料理が出てこなかったので退店しました。

団体客がいる時点である程度は理解していたが、 こっちには何も言ってこない。

途中でも良いから「提供が遅くなります。すみません。」が欲しかった。

経営方針があるのは分かるが、システム変えた方がいいですよ。
