日本語がちょっと通じにくい、スリランカのお兄さん二人？？がやっている本格的スリランカ料理のお店デス❗️24時間営業なのもビックリです❣️ メニューが読めないので、ネットで調べながら注文しました。インドならサモサみたいなものも、野菜のような具が入った、ちょっと変わったもので、美味しく頂きました。 お魚の甘辛炒めは、多分日本人に合わせてあるのかさほど辛みが強くなく、とてもいい感じでした。お魚が多分白身で、かっしりしているのがちょっと不思議な舌触りです。 スリランカのソウルフード、コットゥを、バーベキューチキン乗せにしたら、このチキンの加熱具合が絶妙で、実にジューシーに柔らかくなっていました‼️コットゥは、ロティというインド亜大陸に広く見られる薄焼きパンのようなものを刻んでお野菜と炒めたお料理で、チキンと共にものすごく美味しく頂きました‼️スパイスはインドっぽいですが、カルダモンが結構優位で、クミンが圧倒的ないわゆる「カレー」とはまったく違う味わいです。 飲み物はよく分からずに注文しましたが、かなり甘く、ミント風味のオツなものでした。

I recently visited Delicious, and it did not disappoint! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made for a great dining experience. I tried Kottu and fried rice, both of which were packed with flavor. The Kottu was perfectly spiced and loaded with veggies and meat, while the fried rice had just the right amount of seasoning and a perfect texture and finished with a rich chocolate lava cake for dessert—amazing!
