サービス、衛生面がとても気になりました。 ネットで予約して、赤ちゃんを連れて入店したところ、「お席は○番です。注文はスマホからQRコード読み込んでください。こちらお持ちください。」と、ナイフやフォークが入っているカトラリーケースを持たされました。 赤ちゃんを抱っこして狭くて急な階段をのぼるのにです。持ってきてもらうよう頼めばよかったと、のぼり始めてすぐに後悔しました。 予約時に人数を入力して、お店が席を指定しているのに事前に席に置いておけないのでしょうか。 また、とにかく汚い。キッズスペースはカーペットが敷かれ、シャギーの潰れた座布団が置いてありますが、食べかすが入り込んでいて座りたくありませんでした。赤ちゃんを寝かせるのに敷くものを持っていってよかったです。 使いませんでしたが備え付けのおもちゃもホコリやシミがありました。 ハンバーガーはおいしかったです。 利用するなら1階のテーブル席かテイクアウトがいいと思います。
