We had a fantastic dinner here! The garlic buttered shrimp was our absolute favorite. It was perfectly cooked, very tasty and full of flavors with salad on the side. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful as well as the curry shrimp that was rich, buttery, and creamy which perfect for me, who prefers milder spice. Sam, the chef and owner, was so welcoming and even gave us some of his homemade spice mix to add a kick to our dish. His assistant, was also very friendly and always made sure to give us bright smile when he delivers us the food. To top it off, he surprised us with a free mango sorbet, which was the perfect way to end the meal. KOKI Grill & Bar was a fantastic experience overall. My wife and I came in on a week night and were welcomed by both the owner and the guests on another table - this was a very pleasant surprise.

We ordered the omelette, seafood pizza, and prawn curry. The dishes were simple but well done and reminded me of a solid home cooked meal. The Sri Lankan flavours were a welcome change to the more common cuisines found in Okinawa.

The owner Sam added a lot to our overall experience. Although Sri Lanka is his home country, he is able to speak English and Japanese. He was attentive and engaged in great conversation with us.

Really delicious restaurant with a good selection. Their octopus salad was a great starter. For the main course I had their deviled fish, which is a Sri Lankan dish. It all tasted incredibly good!

The people who work there are also incredibly nice and talkative, which makes for an extra good experience.

We finally ordered a seafood pizza for takeaway. The owner gave us a bottle of beer to share while we waited for our pizza. It really shows that this place cares about its customers. The pizza was also incredibly good.
