Even though I've come here several times, I just now read the unfavorable remarks. I've never had a problem with this establishment personally. When we enter the building and take a seat at the bar, the gentleman who works there has always greeted us right away. There are two additional tables and a bar area, despite complaints about the lack of seats. People need to understand that everything is smaller in Japan, and since this is directly across from Camp Hansen, a military base, its audience won't be young children but rather hungry Marines especially, on the weekend . You have to understand that individuals go there after drinking on the weekends in an effort to relax. The men working there, at least in my experience, cooked the Cheese Nan bread in an Indian-style convection and not in the microwave like how someone previously complained. In all honesty, this is my favorite Indian restaurant out of the three or more that I have tried thus far. I'll stay...

To be honest, the place is very basic. Not dirty but definitely not fancy. BUT we loved our meal. We went before 2, the only people in the restaurant. No tables, only high chairs facing the counter inside or the counter facing outside. Food came out quickly, portions were generous, and the taste was just what we wanted. The owner was nice and the glasses for water (self service by the way) were gaining size, as opposed to most restaurants in Japan. I had butter chicken curry and asked for a little spicy. Adding some fire went perfect to the curry which originally is on the sweet side. And with garlic nan (which was very buttery), I had everything I wanted. Side dishes of chicken tandoori and chicken tikka were great and again, we ended up eating too much. Geographically far from the house, I'm not sure I'll be able to come again but if I'm in the area, I'll...

(Keep in mind this is during the corona virus out break)there weren’t any paper towel or soap in the bathroom, just shaving cream and razor which should’ve have me the clue to the quality of foods. What we actually ordered we ordered 2 nans, butter chicken curry and spinach chicken curry. He attempted to make the nan, but he apparently messed up and he had to give just plain rice which isn’t we ordered. Spinach chicken curry was a 3 out of 10 and butter chicken was a 4 out of 10. He finally attempted to make the nan again after we ate most of the curry, then he gave 1 nan to us which was under cooked and it was the wrong type of dough. When the pay, he charged us everything, 2 rices which we didn’t order plus the nan that he gave us when we almost finished the 2 currys. The place was 2 out of 10.

This place is the worst Indian food on...

This place is for people who don't know what good Japanese Indian curry is like. Incredibly overpriced, lacks variety, tiny and dirty counter only seating. Ordered a "sweet" curry for a child but was given a mystery curry with chopped up chicken Tikka (spicy) in it and was told it was "butter chicken curry." Didn't affect me but their 1:1 exchange rate was hilarious. The cherry on top was the refusal to provide a receipt which is normal business practice in Japan. Please don't go here. Standard Indian set in Japan is 1000yen for Nan, curry, salad, drink (and more) btw. Like I'm eating as I type this.

We came in with our kids on a weekday for dinner. They were really nice to the kids and it was all delicious. There is very limited seating and parking. I recommend bringing yen to pay with the conversion rate and a 10% charge for credit cards. They have a small menu, but everything was pretty good. We got the spinach and chicken curry, keema naan, tandoori chicken, and lamb biryani. I was a little surprised the curry didn't come with rice, but we dipped the naan in it and it was good.
