Yakiniku-no-ganaha Main Store — Restaurant in Nago

I would give zero stars if possible. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing yakiniku experience I’ve had in Okinawa.

We came as a family without reservation and were asked to wait 30 minutes, which was fine. Using Google Translate, we confirmed with the waitress if our order was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids:

Black Agu Pork (3 kinds of meat, ¥3,828) Wagyu Loin (¥1,628)

She said it was enough. We were requested to order through the QR code system. After placing the order, the app showed double quantity, but the total amount displayed was correct (¥5,456), so we thought it was just a display error.

When the food arrived, the portion was extremely small: The pork set came with only 3 thin slices each for 2 kinds, and 2 slices for the other kind.

The wagyu loin came with only 4 thin pieces, each about one bite even for a child.

We finished grilling everything within 10 minutes. The grill fire was uncontrollably strong, making the area uncomfortably hot. When we raised concern, the waitress only provided a few ice cubes to reduce the fire, which didn’t help much.

At checkout, we were charged ¥11,132 — double the quantity we thought we had ordered. When we asked, the staff insisted it was correct. This was disappointing, because if the portion we received was already one set, calling it two sets made it feel even worse.

Overall, we were unhappy with the portion size, the uncomfortable environment, and the unclear ordering system. We ended up leaving to have another...

日本に来るたびに、家族と一緒に本場の和牛焼肉を楽しむのがとても楽しみでした。 しかし今回の体験は、本当に価値観を覆されるほどのがっかりな内容でした。

私たちは「和牛食べ放題プラン」を注文しましたが、和牛はほとんど来ませんでした。 豚肉ばかりが次々と運ばれ、料理の順番がめちゃくちゃなのはまだ我慢できますが、最終的には和牛は全く提供されなくなりました。 追加注文しようとした時にはすでに注文時間が終了していて、何もできませんでした。

🔸 注文システムは最悪レベルです オンライン注文システムは非常に使いにくく、言語切替すらGoogle翻訳に頼らないといけません。翻訳の精度はひどく、何を注文しているかも分からず、まるでガチャを引いてるような感覚でした。

🔸 店内環境は正直ひどいです 排煙設備は機能しておらず、店内は煙だらけ。 焼肉を食べに来たのに、まるで炭火自殺でもしているかのような状態。 しかも冷房もついておらず、蒸し暑くてたまりません。スタッフに伝えても「特に問題ないと思います」と言われ、こちらが強くお願いしてようやく冷房をつけてもらえました——すでに食事が終わりかけているタイミングでした。

ほんの少しの焼肉で、大量の一酸化炭素を吸い込むことになり、食後は頭がクラクラしました。

🔸 和牛のクオリティも非常に残念です 今回の「和牛」は、日本が誇る和牛とは思えないほどの低クオリティ。 脂の入り方も中途半端で、正直まずい。 「これが和牛？」と思わざるを得ず、牛がかわいそうになるレベルでした。

唯一良かったのは、スタッフの対応が早かったこと。 それだけが救いです。 • 料理 ❌ • 注文システム ❌ • 店内環境 ❌

訪問を考えている方は、よく考えてからの方がいいです。 ここで期待する「和牛焼肉体験」は、残念ながら味わえないと思います。

每次來日本旅遊，我最期待的就是帶家人一起品嚐美味的日本和牛燒肉。但這次的用餐經驗，真的是徹底刷新三觀，令人失望透頂。

我們選擇的是「和牛吃到飽方案」，但整頓飯下來，和牛幾乎沒看到幾片。反而豬肉來了一堆，餐點出餐順序混亂也就算了，後來乾脆完全沒再送來和牛。等到我們想補點時，點餐時間也結束了。這樣的吃到飽根本只是空有其名。

🔸 點餐系統更是一場災難 整個線上點餐系統難用到極致，連語言切換都得靠 Google 翻譯，而且翻出來的內容根本慘不忍睹，點什麼全靠猜，簡直像在抽盲盒或轉扭蛋。

🔸 用餐環境更是惡夢 排煙系統完全失效，整間店煙霧瀰漫，感覺像在燒炭不是在吃燒肉。冷氣沒開，悶熱到不行，向店員反映還被回「覺得還好」，最後還是我們堅持才願意開冷氣——而這時我們都快吃完了。

燒肉還沒吃幾口，一氧化碳吸了滿肚子，整個人頭昏腦脹。

🔸 和牛品質令人痛心 這次吃到的「和牛」簡直是對日本和牛名號的侮辱，口感差、油花不平衡，難吃到令人傻眼。只能說，牛真的白死了。

如果要說唯一可取的地方，大概只有服務人員動作很快，這點值得肯定。但整體來說： 餐點 ❌ 點餐系統 ❌ 用餐環境...

Very disappointed. The worst meat quality i ever had. The sauce is nothing to brighten up the taste.

Probably the coal is stacked too high and everything goes blackened before it is cooked. The shop have tonnes of tourists and the queue is long until 9pm on weekdays. Better book a table a day in advance if you really wanna...
