特に気になった点、お肉と接客の2つを。

黒毛和牛のフェア期間中で、過去に頂いたお肉よりはサシなどの良いものを頂きました。通常メニューから頂いたのは上塩タンとソーセージのみでした。しかし、黒毛和牛は解凍を急いだからなのか、焼き始める段階からドリップが流れ出てしまい、食べるとボソボソであまり肉の味が少なかったです。これは特に赤身肉で顕著に感じ、口の中に肉が残ってしまう事もありました。 今回はフェア対象品ばかり注文し客単価が4000円を超えていましたので、この価格帯であれば近隣の競合他店でも同額で美味しいお肉が食べられたなぁ、と少し残念でした。

接客については、席案内から明るく丁寧で笑顔が素敵な女性店員さんが印象的でした。さらに誰よりも声が出ていて、引っ張られるように他の店員さんも声が明るく、久しぶりに来店しましたがお店全体が元気になった気がします。家族も好印象だったようです。後から、その店員さんが店長だと知りました。若いのに素晴らしい率先垂範にリーダーシップを感じました。 店員さんに元気を頂いたこともあり、是非また来ようとは話していますが、国産や希少部位などこだわる前に、お肉の味を損なわないために少し注力いただきたいです。 次...
