I ordered a pancake for 3 people and the lazy server put one on top of the other in one of the plates and dont even put toppings on top lazy bad customer service… Everyone that happened the same should write about this so they stop with this laziness i will not come back i ordered the set with sweet included and they do this im disappointed… Dont order the sweet menu that use qr code the attendant do a lazy job and is not...

お試しで初めて入ってみましたが、あと数百円乗せていつも通り隣のKFCのビュッフェにしておけば良かったと酷く後悔しました。 999円コースなどもあるようですので、安く大量に食べられたら、多少肉が堅かろうが接客や清潔感などどうでも良いという男子学生には良いかもしれません。

■詳細 平日の17時前に来店。プレミアムコース。 社員らしき感じのいい男性がホールに出てきてからは全体の動きがよくなったように思いますが、それまではスタッフさんも「マニュアルどおり最低限言う事とやる事はやる」といった感じでダラダラしていた印象。 1・ローストビーフと小籠包の注文用紙が不安になるくらい箱に入れたまま放置されていた。 2・テーブルのパーテーション(塩ビ・アクリル)が汚い。 3・唐揚げや白身魚グリルは堅くてパサパサだった。 4・パスタ類は麺が乾燥してくっつくし一部カピカピだった。 5・ローストビーフは写真と全く別物で赤みはほぼ無く超極薄でパッサパサでローストビーフというよりもソフトビーフジャーキーだったのが何よりも残念だった。 6・社員らしき感じのいい男性は他の子連れーのお客さんの案内時に子供用椅子をさっと用意していたが、先に入店し同じく子連れの我々を案内してくれたパートらしき女性は子供用椅子の場所すら教えてくれなかった。待遇に差をつけられるのは不満。「やる・やらない」は統一すべき。 7・オープンキッチンなのにバイトらしき男女がペチャクチャ業務に関係無さそうなお喋りをしながら盛り付けなど行っていて見られる構造である自覚がないと感じる。 8・オープンキッチンのカウンターに前のめりに寄りかかって休憩しているスタッフが居た。立ち仕事で足腰に負担があるのだとは思うが、いつまでそうしてるの？注文用紙入れてしばらく経つけど気付いてる？っと。 9・受け取り口に小籠包の説明のPOPがあり「黒酢に付けて」と書かれているが、置いてある容器には「しょうゆ」と書いてある。客に見せるためのPOPやラベルはちゃんとしてください。
