Fine Del Mondo — Restaurant in Nagoya

Very delicious Italian food. Pasta and bread is home made. The chef learned about Italian food on a multi year stay in the Toscana region in Italy.

We tried a meat plate with mozzarella as a starter. After we tried the home made gnocchi and some long cooked meat. Everything was very delicious. I highly recommend to pay this restaurant a visit.

新瑞橋駅から歩いて1分ほど。 イタリアの郷土料理が楽しめるお店です。 アラカルトなのにメニューもなかなか豊富で、 パスタだけで11種類もありました! この日は4人の会ということで、 気になるものを多めに色々と注文です。

前菜盛り合わせは自動的に出てくるプレート。 白子のフリットなど、ワインによく合います。 追加した前菜3種類の後はパスタ系へ。 アニョロッティデルプリンはラビオリです。 中身はお肉で、合わせるのはバターとセージのソース。 ラビオリ自体をシンプルに楽しむ感じかと思いますが、 個人的にはもうちょっと強めのソースが良いかなと。

メインは魚と肉をそれぞれ。 さわらは肉厚で焼き加減も良くふんわり感あり。 魚介の旨味たっぷりのチュッピンソースは、 さわらの身によく合っていて絶品でした。
