A must try place where i had an absolutely perfect bowl of dipping ramen in a hot-stone bowl of broth. Everyone loved their meals. The ramen noodle here resembles kishimen more, with a perfect springy and smooth texture that pairs so well with their dipping sauce that is savoury and has this smokey anchovy taste that is so addictive. I have never had a fish based broth for noodles in Japan before and I was so shocked at how good it was. They served slabs of different type of meats on top of the noodles and they are also very tasty and hood quality. Absolutely worth the money and its so very affordable. A must-go when in Nagoya, and i would love to...

I came at lunch and there was a short line, but that could mean that it's a good thing. I was the only foreigner in the room, which is also a good thing. There was a Filipina server who helped out as the vendo was in Japanese and the they dont speak english. (Thank you ate!)

The spiny lobster tsukemen was really good. The broth is really hot, so take care to not get your mouth burned. The pork cutlet in the tsukemen was also great.

I ordered the most basic Lobster broth Tsukemen and it was delicious! Note that this is one of the stores that requires cash and you need to order from a machine that gives you a ticket. the machine is only in Japanese so you will need your translation app ready to order.
