A must try place where i had an absolutely perfect bowl of dipping ramen in a hot-stone bowl of broth. Everyone loved their meals. The ramen noodle here resembles kishimen more, with a perfect springy and smooth texture that pairs so well with their dipping sauce that is savoury and has this smokey anchovy taste that is so addictive. I have never had a fish based broth for noodles in Japan before and I was so shocked at how good it was.
