Nishikawa — Restaurant in Nagoya

We got here but accident with our two kids. This is a highly recommended place for local Nagoya cuisine, hitsumabushi (eel congee) and miso tonkatsu. I love eel but my family does not so this is a great place that will suit everyone. We had the htsumabushi set, miso tonkatsu set, roast beef set and fried chicken set. So full! Only Japanese menu but you can easily translate it using an app. Owner is the cook, so it’s a family business. They don’t speak English but I’m sure you’ll work it out. Super friend and kind. My kids were saying that the food was yummy and mummy got her eel. So...

今日はたまたま、店舗前の駐車場が空いていたので来店。 （いつも駐車場が混んでいて断念する事が多いです。） 久しぶりに、松花堂弁当を頂きました。 相変わらず、煮物焼物類が美味しく、仕事が丁寧です。 お母さん、毎回毎回、「御飯、お替りいかがでしょう？」とお気遣い頂き、有り難う御座います。 食べたいけど、ガマンしてるので、あおらないでね。（笑） 大体、カウンターで頂きますが、白木のカウンターがいつもキレイで気持ち良いですね。 お二人で、やられているのか、昼時はお忙しいので、中々ビール追加注文するのが、気が引けます。（笑） 今度、夜に飲みながら、ゆっくり...
