First time eating here and immediately loved the thought that was put into the condiments. I love fresh garlic and well can’t get fresher than squeezing it your self. The gyoza(potstickers for the other folk) were hot and delicious. The main dish was not over seasoned and had a unique flavor from other noodle restaurants. I throughly enjoyed everything...

1月1日の17時ごろ訪問。1月1日に開いていてくれるのはありがたい。店内は6名くらい。客席キャパは20名ちょっとくらいだと思われるので、少し空いていた。ただ1月1日の17時だと思うとかなり入っていた方だと思われる。 イカスミもとなりラーメン（1100円）をカタ麺でオーダー。結論イマイチでした。しょっぱめの豚骨で麺がかなりワシワシレベルでカタイ。スープと絡んでない。中に入っていたイカもカタイ。イカ墨のコクが感じられるかと言えばそうでもない。 これは私のオーダーも悪かった。イカスミは中太麺であると認識していなかった。 少なくとも中太麺をカタ麺でオーダーするのはオススメしない。 サービスや雰囲気は良くない。店主さんと思しき人以外は全員外国人。外国人だからというわけではないがサービスレベルは期待できない。 例えばオーダー用紙でオーダーする形なのに、席にオーダー用紙がなかったり、オーダーが立て込んでいるにも関わらず、スタッフ間でおしゃべりしていたり。イカスミなのに紙エプロンは出てこない。この店に限らず、日本の飲食店は今後こうなっていくと思うと少し悲しくなった。 いずれにしても今回はオーダーに失敗した感あり。次回は通常の豚骨をオーダーしてみたい。
