We chose this ramen place based on the photos we saw on Google maps, and we weren't disappointed! Everything was as delicious as it looks. The noodles were SO good. You order by vending machine, which printed a ticket with our order, then we took that to the cook. It was highly confusing at first, but the cook spoke good English so he helped us. 1/2023 First Ramen of the year and it was great. A free parking spots available right in front of the shop. Entered around 1830, empty then but were followed by two separate men, one family with kids that headed straight to the toys corner, and a couple. Garyu tonkotsu for me and kara-miso for Husband. Mark on the tickets your preferences regarding noodle, oil, etc. I got to choose my toppings (three!😍). 那覇市壺屋にあるラーメン店「麺場 神徳」さん。建物はラーメン屋らしい良き雰囲気を醸し出す外観。つけ麺がどうしても食べたくなり探していましたが、コロナ禍＆台風で近場のラーメン店は閉まっていて、近場で唯一頑張って営業していた神徳さんにお邪魔させて頂きました。

Order &Taste 本日のオーダーは「つけ麺 大盛り」。スープの表面に魚粉らしきものがたっぷりのせてあり、食欲をそそります。スープの味は濃く旨。ちょっと甘口でちょうどいい感じ。麺もシコシコ中太麺で弾力があって美味しい。チャーシュー柔らかほろほろでクセもなく美味しかった。大盛り麺を全て食べ終える時にはもうスープもなくなってました。お湯割をしたかったのに。ごちそうさまでした！

Service & Ambiance 店主らしき人は寡黙そう？or無愛想？笑かと思いましたが、「ごちそうさま」と声をかけたら元気よく返してくれました。提供スピードも早く問題なかったです。店内の雰囲気は少し残念かな。雑多な感じと壁天井が汚れてる。こういうのを気にせず、美味しいラーメンが食べれればいいという人にはおすすめ。
