Despite not understanding Japanese, the chef was very hospitable, willing to communicate and explain the dishes using Google Translate. He has been working in hotels for 45 years and only started this restaurant after retiring. His skill and craftsmanship are evident. I really hope to come and enjoy the food with my family next time!
