Amazing place for genghis khan!! The views and atmosphere were great, seems like it’s beside a camping spot. The lamb options were so tender and juicy. It went really well the kimchi which we really enjoyed. My family and I celebrated my mom’s birthday here and it was such a great meal. Highly recommend!

Very tender Hokkaido style lamb BBQ! This restaurant has great view from a top of the valley looking over Furano. It an outdoor restaurant that make you feel like camping(This place also have cabins and camp site where you can stay). The lamb meat is very tender and fresh. They have several kinds of lamb meat and it comes in a small portion so you can try out different kinds at the sam e time. You cook the meat at the top part of the BBQ pan that will look like a iron hat. Make sure to get bean sprouts and veggies and place them at the bottom edge of the BBQ pan. It'll soak up the juice and flavor of the BBQ lamb. Hmm, very mouth watering:) 外のテラス席でいただくジンギスカンは格別です！とてもフレッシュなラム肉なので、臭みも無くご飯が進みます。お昼時は少し並ぶのですが、意外と回転は早いのですぐに着席できます。待っている間は可愛い羊とうさぎと戯れることができます。キャンプ場、キャビンもあるようなので宿泊も可能みたいです。お手洗いは綺麗です。靴を脱ぐので、忘れずに。

平日のお昼12時ごろ、予約なしで訪問。ちょうど1席空いていて運よく入れました。 2人で注文したのは、野菜盛り、ジンギスカン3種、ライス中サイズ1つ。お会計は約4,700円。お肉は1人前ずつ頼みましたが、私たち夫婦2人にはちょうど良い量でした。驚いたのは提供スピードで、注文してから体感3分ほどで全て提供されました。景色を眺めていたこともあり、待ち時間はほとんど感じませんでした。肝心のお肉は、どれも驚くほど柔らかくて感動！ ◽️レギュラー夫婦そろって一番気に入ったのがレギュラー。ジンギスカンらしい適度な臭みがあり、それが旨味として活きていました。夫曰く「ジンギスカンはちょっと臭いがある方がうまい」とのこと。私自身は匂いの強いお肉が苦手ですが、それでも美味しく食べられるほど。全体的に匂いは強すぎず、バランスが絶妙でした。 ◽️ミルクラムまるで鶏肉のようにクセがなく、最も臭みが少ないタイプ。その分、ジンギスカンらしい旨味も控えめに感じました。 ◽️サフォーク説明通り、柔らかくてクセも少なく、万人受けしそうな美味しさ。ただ、個人的にはレギュラーの方が「ジンギスカンを食べている！」という満足感がありました。お水やおしぼり、エプロンやトングはセルフサービス。注文はスマホから、支払いは現金オンリー。お持ち帰り用のお肉もありました。景色もとてもよくて、店舗横の階段を登った先にあるデッキからの眺めは最高。さらに、お店の裏手にはウサギ小屋があり、可愛いうさぎたちに癒されました。料理そのもの以外の価値もプラスでついてくるお店だなと感じました。富良野に来た際には、また行きたいです！
