Amazing tonkotsu ramen and the spicy miso is very good. I suggest getting the aburi char siu. You can request the hardness or softness of the noodles. I recommend the hardest noodles. You can also get a free kaedama, which is an extra...

Broth was a bit salty for our liking, service was fantastic, we waited abt 20mins, free upsize which was great, preferred the thin somen compared to the yellow mee, but overall was an ok meal. There were pickles, and other side...

家系巡りのひとり旅、3杯目です。 訪問したのは｢らぅめん 助屋 本店｣ 貴重な通し営業の店舗なので、 3時のおやつとして訪問しました。 メインメニューは豚骨ラーメンですが、 ちゃんと家系のメニューもあるんです。 その家系醤油とんこつらぅめんは強気な880円。 ただお好みの指定は聞いてきませんでした。 自分から言えばやってくれるのかな？ そんな厚かましいことはしませんでしたが。 【家系醤油とんこつらぅめん】 大して腹も空いてないこういう時に限って大盛無料、 その文言に乗せられておやつなのに大盛で注文。 スープは全体的にかなりぼやけた味わい。 カエシのキレも無いし、コクもイマイチ。 資本系寄りでだいぶクリーミーでした。 これでお好みが指定できて濃いめで注文できたら、 もう少し食べ応えのある味だったかも知れません。 家系専門店ではないし、これで安けりゃ許せたけど、 880円も取れるようなラーメンか？ 麺は普通の平打ち麺で柔らかめ、 家系にしてはちょっと多加水かな。 まぁ硬さも指定できませんでしたからね。 その割にキャベツは入ってるんだよなぁ。 ちなみにラーメンが運ばれてた時は、 海苔が丼の真ん中でふんぞり返っていたため、 他の具が完全に隠れていました。 見た目も大事なので最初からガッカリさせたらダメ。 家系専門店ではないので味は多少仕方ないにしても、 できるところはちゃんとやってほしいです。 ごちそうさまでした。
