志賀高原でスノーボードし、ご飯を食べそびれてしまったところ、14時過ぎてご飯を食べれるところを検索。通し営業しているところを発見し、15時過ぎにたどりついた。 「コーヒーとラーメン」という看板に、興味津々。 ラーメン以外には定食やオムライスにパスタなど、いろいろなメニューがあった。 肌寒い日だったので、体が温まりそうなラーメンを。 しょうゆ、しお、みそが選べ、その中から「みそとんこつ」をチョイス。 相方はあんかけかた焼きそばをチョイス。 あんかけかた焼きそばは結構ボリュームがある！ 味変用のカラシ？もいただけた。 みそとんこつラーメンは思ったよりしっかりとんこつより。 背脂がしっかりのっているけど、くどくはない。 メンマ、チャーシュー、ワカメにちょっとしょうが。しょうががよく合う👌 相方さんはあんかけかた焼きそばにしょうがが欲しいと言っていた。 お腹が減っていたのでペロリと美味しくいただいた。 友達いわく、ニラレバが美味しいそうなので、今度は別のメニューもチャレンジしたい。 通し営業している店は少ないので、ほんと助かると思った。

This is an awesome cute little ramen restaurant. I loved the atmosphere with the stove in the middle and the 6 different item ramen was delicious. Broth was complex and synchronized well with all the different ingredient. Must give this...
