土曜日のランチに初めて伺いました。 落ち着いた雰囲気の店内でしっぽり(*´ ˘ `*) 健康づくりのメニューになっている「焼きさば定食」をいただきました。ついでに「ソースカツ重」と「ざるうどん1せいろ」も旦那と共に注文✨ 大ぶりのサバは脂がのっていて美味しい(๑´ڡ`๑)小鉢も味噌汁も最高です！ ざるうどんは麺がキラキラしていてツルツル✨ ソースカツ重のタレは味噌ダレのしっかりした味でご飯が進むŧ‹”ŧ‹”( ‘ч’ )ŧ‹”ŧ‹” 店主も店員さんの雰囲気も良くて、美味しい食事が楽しめました。 次は他のお客様が注文していた人気の地元、中野産のそば粉で打った蕎麦を食べてみたいです！ ご馳走様でした(*´`*)

■2024.09.05 ・冷やし七ツ鉢うどん 冷たいうどんを食べようと思い、しんしゅうさんを訪問。 町中の老舗食堂ですが、コチラは健康づくり応援弁当の普及で平成28年に県知事から表彰されてます。 メニューはそば、うどん、定食が一通り揃っていますが、今回は色々な具材が載ったサラダ風の冷やし七ツ鉢うどんを注文しました。 ベースはうどんつゆですが、サラダのゴマダレで洋風な味わいに寄ります。 ボリュームもありますが、何よりヘルシーなのが良いですね。 食事あっての健康、健康あっての食事、身に沁みるこの頃です。

Amazing little udon and soba shop we went to twice, the meat udon was my favorite. I don’t speak any Japanese but felt at home anyway. Owner and chef recognized us from the previous night and gave us a warm welcome. No complaints...
