Ramen Yamaokaya, Nakashibetsu — Restaurant in Nakashibetsu

So disappointed My husband and I go there EVERY WEEKEND for the last two years since we moved from the US. I am not exaggerating. Literally, we go there every weekend. Yesterday , 8/30, we went about 4 pm . We got our tickets as we always have for the last two years. My husband gets an ultra-spicy with about five different toppings. And I get spicy scallion salt ramen with five additional toppings. The great part of Yamaokaya is that we can choose noodle softness, grease, and the thickness of the soup. I have gluten sensitivity, so I ask for no noodles because I don't want to waste food, and I love their soup. But yesterday , due to their new rule, I could no longer order ramen without noodles. So I asked them if I could have the noodles in a separate bowl. The waiter said no , he cannot. We exchanged a few words , and I said okay. But when they brought my ramen, they offered me a bowl to leave the noodles. ????? I speak perfect Japanese, by the way. Helloooooo.. . They cannot bring the noodles in a separate bowl, but they can offer me a bowl to put the noodles ... My answer to him was no . I left the noodles on the plate...

私はそんなにラーメン 食べれないけど 主人が大好きだから毎週行きます

ラーメン の麺を他のボールで持ってきてくれないのに ラーメンの麺を残す ボールを持ってきましょうか なんて全く意味が分かりません

また 私も 油が少ないのを頼んだんですけれども 昨日のはスープに 5mm ぐらい の油が浮いていました

私とお店の人の ことを見ていて 私の主人は 卵2個頼んだのに1個 しかなかった けどもうなんか 楽しくなかったから 何も言わなかったと言っていました

本当に毎週末 行っていましたが 昨日のことで...

味の濃さが安定しないのは困ります。

いつも、醤油＋ほうれん草増しでオーダーするんですけど、濃かったり薄かったりと安定しないです。 以前、味の濃さ普通でオーダーしたらめちゃくちゃ薄かった。ほうれん草の水分で薄まったのか、味が薄く変わったのか不明だったので、次に行った時に味濃いめにしたら滅茶苦茶濃くて。 いつも、どうしたもんかと迷います。

あと、入退店時の店員の対応がウスい。 入店して食券買って空いている席見渡しても店員誰も反応しない。 空いてるのか空いてないのか案内する人もいなくて、しばらく経ってからモサーとした店員が出て来てボソボソ何か言ってるが何言ってるかわかんないのよ。 オーダー取りに来る人も、清潔感ある人が良いです。何か汚い人が前にいたので。

これらの点、釧路町店を見習ってはいかがでしょうか。店長さんも1度研修兼ねて行かれてみては？ あの店舗はもう何回も通っていますが不愉快にな...
