Super delicious bread, i highly recommend this place!! Must order: glazed cinnamon kouign amann, curry pan, shio pan

Made fresh and in small batches, it’s nice even when it’s cold.

Only pity is that they serve nespresso coffee instead of those made from drip coffee machines. It’ll probably go very well with the bread there!

Red bean paste bun is delicious. Made with beans from tokachi. Generous filling. Shrimp cutlet sandwich is also very tasty. Recommend having a bite here. Seems popular with locals too. There are parking lots in front of the shop. I highly recommend this bakery...

写真はNGとここに書いてあったため撮りませんでした。 店舗自体はかなりコンパクトです。 時間によって窯から出てくるパンの種類が変わるようです。 又日替わりで色々な種類を焼かれているとのことでした。 二時前に訪問しましたが、ピザとスコーン、塩パン、あんパンが有りました。 二時過ぎにハード系のパンが出てくると教えていただきましたが、レンタカーの返却時間の関係で泣く泣く断念。 塩パンとスコーンを購入。 前置きが長くなりましたが、こんなに旨いパンを初めて食べました。 塩パンはバターが効いていて、外はザックリ、中はもちもちのムチムチです。小麦のうまみも詰まっていてそのパンだけで旨いです。むしろパンだけを食べて満足したい。 スコーンも少しの堅さとスコーン独特のほろほろ感はあるんですが、ほのかにしっとりしていてとても食べやすかったです。 チョコとスコーン自体も甘すぎずいくらでも食べられそうです。 ...
