開店して1時間過ぎくらいで来ましたが、隠れた人気店のようで、既に半分以上売り切れてました。 駐車場は4台分(もしかするとひとつは店員さんの分で実質3台分？)あります。若い店員さんも親切にパンの説明してくださいました。 リュスティックというパンと柚と酒粕のベーグルが特に美味しかったです！天然酵母パンなのでもっちもちです👍ケーキもしっとり、天然酵母のマフィンは自分には新鮮でした。 予約するか開店すぐぐらいに来るのが良さそうです。

季節、時期によってそのときにとれたもの旬のもので作られたパンはどれもおいしくて毎回行くのが楽しみです。パンは、もちもちしっとり目です。次の日ももちもちやわらかでおいしかったです！ルバーブジャムのパンおいしかったなー。春菊のフォカッチャおいしかったなー。発酵ベジカレーパンおいしかったなー。 店主さんもとても気さくで話しやすくてとても親しみやすいお店だと思います！ お店の場所も隠れ家的な？ここでこのお店に出会えたらラッキー的な場所にあってそれもまた楽しい！ 0歳の子供連れでも、店主さんがパンをとってくれるので子連れでパン屋に行くハードルがぐんと下がって気兼ねなく...
