Rinron Gyouza — Restaurant in Nanao

For those that are craving for authentic Chinese, here's the deal. Run by Chinese ladies whose ancestors were from Japan during war time, this small eatery offers real Chinese dumplings in 5 forms - 2 types of Pan fried; Steamed; Boiled; Xiao Long Bao - Tried all and my favourite are the Boiled ones (水餃子). Great price for the great dumplings. Definitely repeat! :)

Visited again. Found home made chili oil. Don't see any Chinese restaurant that makes hot oil from scratch. Real passion, there. Dumplings seem tastier than before. Upgrade...

餃子が食べたくなったのでコチラに初入店。 駐車場は狭いが、10台程度は停められるのかな。 テイクアウトもあるようですが、折角なのでお店でいただくことに。 焼き餃子の10個定食をチョイス。 メニューには数量限定と記載されているが、1日何セット用意されているのかは不明。 定員からは「（出てくるまでに）時間がかかる」と言われたが、気にしない。 定食にはスープも付いてくるのだが水餃子のスープ（小）も頼んでみた。 出てきた餃子は、メニューにあるように確かに肉まんみたいな触感。 ニンニクは入っていないので、なおさら肉まん（笑）。 しかし、ショウガも少ないのかな？ほとんど感じないので、コンビニの肉まんなどとは、やはり違います。 調味料はお店が用意している餃子用タレのみ。ほかに酢もある。 しかし、このタレが酸っぱめに調整してある。餃〇の〇将のタレより遥かに酸っぱい。 個人的には、日本の醤油が好きなのだが。 ニンニクも別に用意してあるので、お好みで足せるようになっている。 10個はお腹いっぱいになりますので、5個で十分だったかな。 水餃子もおいしかったので、次回は”蒸し”か”小籠包”でもいただこうかな...
