France Shokudo 1663 — Restaurant in Nanjo

Fantastic! Sorry if I don't post any photo, but I've been too busy enjoying the food... Great atmosphere, super-staff, proper distance between tables, cool music at the right volume, large parking, nice view. Dishes: an escalation of amazing flavors following the best nouvelle cuisine. My lunch, today: cold kabocha soup with jelly, prosciutto and parmigiano with olives, buonissima salad with kinoa and artichokes, pork with ratatouille, passion fruit cream with apricot gelato, tiramisù with small kawaii pastry, espresso as it should be in Napoli. If I really need to write something negative: the signs to get to the place from the main road (86) could be improved: old school people like me need them... Bravi!...

Sorry, I have to compare this with the Cafe OOLOO above. View wise, OOLOO was a bit better. However, I do prefer this way over above.

First, FOOD was way way way better, it's like heaven and earth different. You can easily feel the passion in this restaurant. The hear they pour in the food, it's something can't judge by money. (Yet, it's same price as above.).

View yes, it's sort of blocked by the wall BUT, a big BUT. with the interior setup, it added touch in the scene, feels like in a Spain Mansion. Sofa and setup is really really comfortable and not as hot as above.

To me, clear winner is this one! If you only have time for only one cafe, go for 1663. You...

Nice restaurant with delicious full cost meal. Is a nice place for gathering, anniversary or dating. The environment is clean and romantic. The table seat arrangements is setting according to social distant. No worry about too close...
