Do not take this average rating as a reason to not try it out. When stopping by at an establishment like this one not many expectations are set. All I assume people would want from a place like this is the food to fill them for the time and not taste bad. Especially spots by the beach. They are just convenient for when one is enjoying the beach. I ordered a few things: first I started with the scones, which had a side of jam and whipped cream. I put the whipped cream on the scone first, then slapped a glop of jam on the cream and took a good bite of the scone. It was delicious! I finished the scones off quick, so I recommend ordering four. It is really good. What followed was a cake with a side of whipped cream and nut sprinkled on top. The cake is pretty much just a sweet bread that gets sweeter with the cream, although the nuts give it some personality; still, nothing to fancy. What followed was cinnamon toast. My friend liked it, but it was mediocre for me, but I know others would enjoy it. I am simply not a big cinnamon guy, but it helped fill me up. The tea I ordered was actually not great, but did not ruin the decent experience. I would return just for the scones, and maybe ask for extra nuts for the cake and whipped cream. Overall, it is a place that is good for the view and to take some friends. Chill on the beach while getting a sweet...

I made two visits in one day both in the morning and late afternoon before they close the cafe. And I really loved the every moment that I’ve been here. Hmmm coffee and the food were just so so not particularly good ones but the view from the cafe makes you forgive everything. Even though your start the day bad you will forget what happened as the moment as you sit down nearby the window and sip the coffee. You definitely need a car to get there like I said “ this is a...
Read moreA great pit stop if you are down South. I suggest going after the lunch hour as I hear there can be a waiting list. We arrived shortly after 3PM on a Sunday and we were seated right away at the window seat.
We had the hot coco + shared the veggie sandwich. The food tastes fresh as though the veggies were gather that morning.
I was most impressed with the seating options. Upstairs on the deck, outside on the beach... toes in the sand, on the private patio amongst the trees, or inside at a table or window seat. A place for everyone to enjoy. Great for families, dates and even to come and enjoy a book + lunch...
