Located next door to the Nanjo Art Museum, this restaurant has a spectacular view and a nice cozy atmosphere. The food serving size is very small and tastes normal. The serving size for the price is an insult, the reasoning is this is a mixture of French and Italian. I ordered the meat set and it came with only 2, yes only 2 slices of meat, for ¥2480, is not something I can understand. It did come with soup, salad and tea though. Orders are made by touchpad, which are very slow. Customer service was a plus, The Staff upstairs was very friendly and quick to clean away finished plates. There's plenty of parking because of the location. Overall, this is maybe a one time stop for me. If you're in the area, I would say stop in but don't go if you're very hungry. This restaurant is for meetings and just talking with a friend. If the weather is nice, sit outside and...
