Firstly, if you are a coffee lover, you will appreciate that all the beans sourced by Haiz are ethical, direct from farmers in Columbia, shipped and roasted on site. Secondly the baristers working at Haiz, are exceptionally dedicated to their craft. Blends are lovingly brewed and prepared to exacting standards and the results are outstanding. My favorite was the Geisha blend, which really suits my taste, when brewed into a latte. Read moreJust down the road from a famous soba shop in Inami, is this wonderful speciality coffee shop. Very interesting nano lot concept serving only Colombia beans, roaster on site. We tried the Geisha and found it matching our taste, it was delicious.
They have great loft to sit down inside or downstairs open air seating. Looking forward to trying their bakes and other coffees next time.
