Wow 🤩 - a fantastic place for tonkotsu ramen🍜 !! The soup is rich and flavourful. You can order shio (salt), shoyu (soy sauce), miso or spicy tonkotsu. The noodles are cooked perfectly and have the right texture - the perfect balance. The chashu is amazing - very tender. I tried the grilled chashu and it did not disappoint (so full of flavour!!!). There is parking at the rear of the restaurant. I didn’t see an English menu but the pictures are straight forward or use Google Translate to help you order. I can’t wait for my next visit here!!! Enjoy 😊

今日は京都マラソンで市内は完全アウトだったので、「だったら奈良だ！🤣」と思い奈良で高評価のここに遠征しました！ そして・・美味い。これまた美味い🥰 とんこつチャーシューメン＆ネギ多めトロ玉モヤシトッピングと餃子をいただきましたが、もうね、ハイクオリティです。サラッとしながらもガツンとパンチのある個性とポリシーあるコク美味とんこつスープに、バリカタのコシのある麺がまたよく合う！チャーシューもトロトロに柔らかく食べやすく、たっぷりどっさりトッピングのネギもやしもサクサクで、麺を全部食べ終わってもスープを飲み干すまで香ばしく、ほんとに飽きのこないラーメンでございました！ 餃子もパリッとジューシーでニンニクも効いた餡がたまりませんでして、餃子一口食べたあと脊髄反射的に「持ち帰りで餃子2人前お願いします」と頼んでしまいました🤣🤣🤣 ノーマルのとんこつラーメンでこれなら、他のとんこつみそラーメンとか辛とんこつラーメンなんて美味い確定やろ！！と思ったので、鉄は熱いうちに叩けの精神でまたすぐリピに行きます🤣😄 ちょいと遠かったけど奈良まで来た甲斐ありました、美味かった！！✨ ご馳走様でした、またお邪魔します😋😊 p.s. 本日またお邪魔してとんこつみそチャーシューメンを頂いてまいりました！ とにかく濃厚、そしてまろやか✨😄 麺も今回は嬉しい粉落としで食べましたが、正直純とんこつラーメンよりも私は好みでした！ 完飲完食、ご馳走様でした！やはりここは美味い😋🌈
