May be a bit late for the review. It was 2020 Feb when I visited this nice pizzeria, and when I left Japan on 14th Feb 2020. The country were shut due to Covid. I walked pass this lovely restaurant when returning from the Nara city after visiting the famous temples, and was about to be back to the laser research institute nearby in which I did my experiment. The restaurant looked like a warm home for travellers so I walked in, sat at the bar and ordered Margherita pizza and a beer . It was amazingly good. Since I am not Japanese, the couples who ran the restaurant were curious why I was there and we had some chat although they did not speak a lot of English. I learned that the owner learned pizza in Italy and that's why the pizza was so authentically good. They gave me a card with hand written "free drink". It was a nice memory. I will definitely go back if I will be in Nara again.

Walked in for lunch on a whim today and could not have been happier. Great food, great shop, great service—what else can you ask for. Granted, you need to drive there, but as a result you’ll escape Nara’s tourist crowds. Definitely worth stopping for if you’re in the area. I can’t...
