I spent 10 days in the hotel due to mandatory travel quarantine. It was a long time to be stuck in a hotel without even being able to leave, but I wanted to leave a great big THANK YOU on here for the restaurant staff and hotel staff, who all treated me so well and were so friendly. Niki, the evening restaurant manager is so great! He is so nice and friendly and I can tell he wants to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. He is very kind and attentive and professional. Ana was also so great, and her attitude is so good and her service is amazing! The whole restaurant staff deserves more than 5 stars! Niki is doing such a great job managing this restaurant. The chefs put out wonderful food too! I felt the management showed a lack of tolerance towards younger guests. my kids ran around on the first visit after a period of being well behaved , i agree its not appropriate, but on the second visit we were asked to turn down what was already a quiet tablet. I dont believe we were being disruptive in anyway, in what is a open and fairly loud environment.
