マクドナルド形式のドライブスルーとセルフの店内で馴染まないなぁ。 すき焼鍋定食を頼んだが旨くない。 うどんが少し入っているけど何だか残り物のうどんが少し入ってる感が強くびっくりだな。 吉野家で注文後に自分で注文品を取りに行って片付けると言うのは非常に違和感が有る。

吉野家に行き始めて35年くらいかな 味の均一感と値段のリーズナブル、そしてスピード！ 忙しい時に立ち食い感覚！ 正味5から10分で終了！ それが吉野家だったはずでした。(過去系) 今やカフェ風で、スタッフも少なめ 最初にレジに行きオーダーと会計、そして 配膳は自分で行う！

なんか、吉野家ではないね この字型のカウターにスタッフがいて 活力あるしょくどの雰囲気が漂う感じが とても好きでした。

いかに、接触を減らしてオペレーションスタッフを減らすか？ ライバル店のすき家、松屋も同様に変わりつつある 外食の意味が大きく変わりつつあると感じました。

料理は美味しかったけど店員の対応が最悪でした。 「お子様セットのドリンクはセルフサービスでお願いします」 これ先に説明して欲しいです。 ここの吉野家フードコート的なシステムみたいなんだけどそれ知らなくて後から飲み物の事店員に聞きに言ったんだけどなんか鼻に付く感じの態度でした。 「そんなことも知らねーのかよ」とでも思ってたのでしょうか？ 3歳の息子が帰り際「ごちそうさまでしたぁ～」と愛嬌満点だったんですがそれ...
