Okonomiyaki Ju — Restaurant in Niseko

We ordered 5 different pancakes and 1 yakisoba. All of the pancakes/yakisoba tasted the same even though they were all of different meats. Extremely bland and tasteless. The mochi desserts were also hard as a rock… It’s like the ones anyone can buy from the frozen section in the grocery store.

Then the waistress was especially rude to my grandmother. She yelled at her and pushed her out of the way. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wouldn’t come back to eat here even if you paid me 1 million yen...

We drove from Hirafu, the restaurant is pretty small, but service is quick, so tables should be available. We ordered the cheese, and cheese pork and kimchi okanomiyaki, which was great, pretty heavy but the sauce was fantastic. Super cute okonomiyaki joint. Do you like okonomiyaki? Great then you will be happy. If the only thing you know is that it is a “Japanese pancake” then… I really don’t know what that means or why anyone says that.
