ローストポーク クリームチーズとキャロットソース
スープ・パン付き低温調理でしっとり仕上げたローストポークにハーブを加えたクリームチーズのディップと、人参や玉葱にヴィネガーなどを加えてスッキリ仕上げたキャロットソースを添えました。サラダ風の「生」とコンソメで煮た二種の冬瓜もお皿全体をさっぱりとまとめてくれています。

たまたま通りかかってランチに寄ってみたら、犬もオッケーで素敵なレストラン/カフェでした！スンドゥブ、ハンバーグとグリーンカレーを頼みましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 風が強い日は少し寒いので、もう少しブランケットやストーブの数を増やすと良いと思います。楽しくランチ時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 We decided to stop by for lunch and we had a great time here. We were able to bring our dogs as well, which is always a huge plus for us. We had their Korean soup, hamburger, and green curry, and they were all great. On a windy day, it gets pretty cold on the patio, so I hope they get more blankets and stoves in the future to make sure everyone on the patio can stay warm.
