Kobeya Restaurant — Restaurant in Nishinomiya

It's a restaurant/bakery, and the smell of the fresh bread when you enter is lovely! The bakery has a nice selection of items, and had a few things I don't often see in this country (like meat pies and German Weizenbrot).

In the restaurant, there's a selection of mains (including hanbagu, stew, chicken, pasta, etc.), and you have the option to add the bread and/or salad set. With the former, you'll repeatedly be offered a variety of fresh breads to sample - this is a nice way to try different types! - and the salad bar includes a nice selection of savoury salads and some fruit and jelly...

This is an old-fashioned eatery they serve mostly bread with full meals they have a all you can eat the buffet of bread that is served to each table. The interior decor is very reminiscent of Shawa-era restaurants. It has a lovely vaulted ceiling, it has counter chairs that are very lovely the menu is very good. とても残念なお店でした。 ・呼び出しボタンがないのに、スタッフはホールを全く見ていない。 ・食べ放題のはずのパンがなかなか食べられない。 ・料理の味が普通以下。 ・パンの種類が少なすぎるし、偏りがひどい。 ・提供がとても遅い。 ・スタッフ(社員？)の態度が悪い。

注文後初めて持ってきてくれるパンのタイミングが、4人中3人がサラダを取りに行っている時。 今サラダを取りに行っているから、後にして欲しいと伝えたが、その後持って来ることはなかった。 声をなんとか掛けて持ってきてもらったが、おかわりは言わないと持ってきてくれないし、言っても何度も忘れられてなかなか持ってきてもらえなかった。 しかもホールに目を配っていないので、言うタイミングもなく、他のテーブルにサーブしにきたスタッフを無理やり呼び止めなければいけない。 お冷すら持ってこない。 社員のような方に声をかけたが、こちらも見ずにはいはいーという感じ。 ランチで1人3,000円〜4,000円ほど。この値段を出してこちらで食べる理由がない。ランチならこの値段を出さなくてももっと美味しい店がたくさんある。 提供スピードも恐ろしく遅く、隣の方々はケーキとコーヒーのみで30分は待たされていた様子。

極め付けにはパンの種類がすごく少なく完全に冷え切っている。 パンの説明もなく、こちらが聞いてやっと教えてくれる。 レーズンパンやら胡桃パンやら、好き嫌いが分かれそうなものばかりで、残り物か？？？と思わざるおえないものばかり。 他にないか聞くとあると言いながら、もう他はないと言う。 冷え切ったパンを出すなら、いつでも取れるように置いておいてほしい。 それがダメならしっかり目配りをして欲しいときに持ってきて欲しい。 せっかく神戸屋のパンを堪能しようと思っていたのに...

雰囲気もざわざわガヤガヤ普通のファミレスレベル。

西宮店はこんなことなかったのに閉店になってしまい、なぜこんな酷い店が残っているのか...
