コロナ禍になる前に行ったきり、久しぶりの訪問でした。土曜日の昼間に家族3人で行きましたが待たずに入れました。以前行った時は海鮮丼のメニューがあったのですがなくなっていました(⁠T⁠T⁠) 残念。カキのガンガン焼き(10個)と特大カキフライ(単品)、ライスを注文。ガンガン焼きは、以前食べた時は、店員さんが四角い缶の中にカキを入れ、カセットコンロにセットしてくれて、自分たちのテーブルの上で調理したのですが、今回はシステムが変わっていて、仕上がった物が鍋に入れられてテーブルまで運ばれて来ました。カキフライのタルタルソースは、ゆで卵を自分で潰してマヨネーズソースと混ぜて作るようになっています。大粒のカキにザクザクの衣、食べごたえがあり美味しかったです。ガンガン焼きも文句なく美味しい！ノンアルコールビールも飲んでお腹いっぱいになりました。

コロナ禍になる前に行ったきり、久しぶりの訪問でした。土曜日の昼間に家族3人で行きましたが待たずに入れました。

以前行った時は海鮮丼のメニューがあったのですがなくなっていました(⁠T⁠T⁠) 残念。

カキのガンガン焼き(10個)と特大カキフライ(単品)、ライスを注文。

ガンガン焼きは、以前食べた時は、店員さんが四角い缶の中にカキを入れ、カセットコンロにセットしてくれて、自分たちのテーブルの上で調理したのですが、今回はシステムが変わっていて、仕上がった物が鍋に入れられてテーブルまで運ばれて来ました。

カキフライのタルタルソースは、ゆで卵を自分で潰してマヨネーズソースと混ぜて作るようになっています。

大粒のカキにザクザクの衣、食べごたえがあり美味しかったです。

ガンガン焼きも文句なく美味しい！

牡蛎とサザエとマクロ漬け丼とアナゴ丼を頼みましたが、ご飯が硬くバサバサして喉を通りませんでした。

厨房では、一番若い女の子が深海ソフトを食べながら仕事をして居ました。

注文や配膳をしてくれた、お兄さんにいつもご飯の固さを聞いて見ましたが、分からない様でした。

とても食べれないので、少し手を付けた位で店を出る事にしました。

伝票には、丼物に赤でバッテンがしてありました。

一階のレジに伝票を出しましたが何の疑問も無くレジが進むので、ご飯が硬い事を伝えました、

すいませーん、伝えて置きますだけでした。全額の支払いになりました。

お金は、払う積りなので良いのですが、

ご飯の硬い事を、すいませーん伝えて置きますの言い方が

嫌々言って居るが分かりました。
