駿陽荘 やま弥（しゅんようそう やまや） （静岡県沼津市西浦平沢）

東名高速道路・沼津ICから車で50分、伊豆半島西海岸の西浦地区にある1979年創業の老舗の磯料理宿「やま弥」。

美しい駿河湾沿いの海岸線を走る県道17号線（沼津土肥線）沿いにあり、人気海水浴場「らららサンビーチ」のすぐそば。

ランチは食堂として営業しており、家族連れやスキューバダイビング、海釣りのお客さんなど、平日でも順番待ちが発生するほどの人気店。店主は地元の漁協で仲買人もしており、毎朝市場に揚がる新鮮な地魚を目利きして仕入れている。

ランチメニューは地真鯛を使った名物の「鯛丼」や新鮮な鯵を使った「なめろう丼」、金目鯛の姿煮定食などが楽しめる。周辺の西浦地区はみかんの名産地で、みかんの収穫時期限定（10月～3月頃）で「みかんご飯」も登場する。

お店で出している卵は自家農園で作っているという有精卵で、今から約20年前に開設した養鶏場には平飼いのニワトリが約400羽いるそうだ。エサには店で出る魚のアラや野菜くず、米ぬか、おがくずなどを毎日かき混ぜ、4日以上培養したものを使用している。

この日は平日の13時頃に訪問。駐車場はお店の向かい側の広い駐車場（平沢区営駐車場）の内「やま弥専用駐車場」という看板が立っている12台分。店頭に満席待ちの受付表が出ていたが、ちょうど入れ替わりでほとんど待たずに入ることができた。

店内は1階にテーブル席と小上がりのお座敷があり約20席ほど。天気が良ければ海側の窓から駿河湾と富士山を正面に眺めることができる。入口には沼津市が舞台の人気アニメ「ラブライブ！サンシャイン!!」のポスターやパネルなどが飾られている。

●鯛丼 1380円 名物の鯛丼は脂の乗った地真鯛を厚切りの刺身にして、特製の漬けダレと卵黄を絡めて食べる逸品。真鯛はほどよい熟成加減でぷりぷりした食感で噛むほどに旨みが溢れてくる。自家農園の卵の濃厚さと岩海苔の風味も格別。ご飯が足りなくなるほどの美味しさ。

●キンメの姿煮定食 1650円 金目鯛の姿煮定食は中型サイズが丸一尾でこの値段とお得感抜群。熱海駅前あたりのお店だったら2000円以上してもおかしくない。煮汁はあっさり目の上品な味付け。ご飯と味噌汁、自家農園の卵を使った温泉玉子と漬物、小鉢付き。
