いちばん — Restaurant in Obanazawa

I was here in March, but forgot to write a review, because life has been busy. My friend and I were on a 17 day trip to Japan by rental car, and on this day we were meant to go to Ginzan Onsen, but couldn't due to intense snow. What we found instead was without a doubt the best gyoza and ramen we had on the entire trip!

Locale tipico giapponese, ci sono sia tavoli con sedie, che tavoli bassi dove poi sedersi sui cuscini. Il personale è cordiale, molto alla mano. La loro specialità sono i soba fatti in casa, a mano, e si sente perché sono veramente buonissimi. Anche riso e carne che ho mangiato sono squisiti, voto 10 al cibo!. È possibile chiedere anche la mezza porzione se non ci si vuole riempire solamente con una ciotola...
