The speciality is sauce butadon rice bowls. People don’t go there for anything else. Honestly when it’s busy, I think is when the meat is best. Grilled just enough. If the chef isn’t busy, he’s more likely to over cook it.
The pork is charcoal grilled giving it the distinctive barbecue flavor. The sauce is light. They have both shichimi spice and sansho Szechuan pepper to add some spice, i recommend a little of both.
