A massa fresca tinha uma textura mastigável que combinava bem com o molho e estava muito deliciosa. Em particular, a massa cremosa com cogumelos e bacon utiliza muitos cogumelos da província de Shimane, para que possa desfrutar do maravilhoso aroma dos cogumelos. 2024/03 外観からは想像付かないくらい、落ち着いたお洒落な店内。 絶品パスタの噂が広島まで届いてきたので、出張の合間にお邪魔させていただきました。 沢山のパスタメニューを見て悩んでいると店主さんが夜メニューのボードも持って来てくれて、定番からちょっと変わり種までなかなか目移りしてしまいます。 最終的に茄子のボロネーゼ中盛りと、車だったのでノンアルビールを注文。 すぐにノンアルビールとアテのナッツを出していただきました。 少し待って出てきた茄子のボロネーゼ、はい食べて無いけど美味い確定！ もう見た目と香りだけで美味い！！ 実際いただいてみても、ちょっと太めの麺はビビるくらいのモッチモチ、茄子はもうトロットロでジューシー、水菜は新鮮シャッキシャキ、そこにお肉や野菜の旨味が溶け合ったソースやチーズが加わり、もう口の中が小宇宙ですよ！！！ そして何より驚くほどアッツアツな麺に、上顎持ってかれそうになりました。 皆さん、危ないからがっついて食べないで。 でもホント、まじで美味い。 パスタの概念変わりますよ。 近所にあったらホント通いたい。 店主さんもスタッフの女性も柔らかそうな方々ですし、また必ず訪れたい素敵...
