Staff are very courteous, one realized I could only speak simple Japanese, so she brings out an English & Mandarin menu, which really helps. They have a variety of noodle and rice dishes. We actually got our seats immediately upon entering, but need a little patience to wait for our orders to arrive. There is a constant flow of local diner during lunch time, and seating capacity is quite limited, with a mixture of normal and counter tables, and tatami seating, so it's better to quickly finish up and leave. Although the staff is only able to communicate in Japanese, they will try their best to talk to you. It is very helpful that they will ask for your train / bus timing before giving you a seat as they want you to have a good dining experience and not rush to eat your food.
