厨房と客室面積が等しい感じの、町中華店です。 入って正面と左側が客室エリアで、右側がカウンター席３席くらいと厨房です。 セットメニューのラーメンは、醤油ラーメン１択です。 今回は、酢豚セット(税込1050円)を選択しました。 先ずはラーメンからいただいたのですが、具材は長葱、かまぼこ、細メンマ、ワカメの４種に中細？麺の組合せ。 肉は、無い。 麺は柔らか目に茹でており、ほのかに甘酸っぱい感じ。 コレは味付けメンマの影響なのか、酢豚のタレが混入したのか？ 酢豚は悪い例えだけど、夏の暑さで液垂れしている油性ボールペンかって位、粘り気のあるトロミダレ。 そして甘党大歓喜なくらい、甘味が強い。 でも、パイナップルは入ってません。 もしかして、醤油ラーメンの甘酸っぱい感じは、このトロミが混入したのではないだろうか。 名鉄の駅舎斜向いという好立地ではあるけど、普通列車がメインの駅だから、繁盛している...
